Octagonal Blender

The blender is designed with easy charging and discharging options, including butterfly valves, bin charging systems, and vacuum powder transfer, ensuring dust-free operation and GMP compliance. Its Zero Position Stop / Home Position Stop feature ensures the drum halts at the correct position for safe and convenient loading and unloading, reducing handling time and improving process efficiency.

Manufactured from premium stainless steel SS316/304, the blender is available in a wide range of capacities from 5 kg (R&D scale) to 5000 kg / up to 500 cubic feet (production scale). Equipped with removable baffles, butterfly valves, PLC + HMI automation, and vacuum powder transfer systems, it delivers efficient, dust-free, and homogenous mixing.

Compared to V-blenders or double cone blenders, the Octagonal Blender occupies less space, offers higher batch capacity, and ensures gentle yet effective mixing of crystalline and granular materials.
